Vroom8 Cancellation Policy
Time frames for Cancellations and Refunds - More Than 14 Days Prior to Rental Start: Receive a full refund of the rental amount minus a non-refundable processing fee
Between 14 and 1 Day Before Rental: Get back 50% of the rental fee, with the same non-refundable processing fee applied.
Within 24 Hours of Rental Start: No refunds are issued.
Before Confirming a Booking If you cancel your request before it is approved by the vehicle owner, any pending charges or deposits will be automatically canceled, and no fees will be incurred.
If the Owner Cancels - Full Refund: You will be refunded 100% of all payments made.
Alternative Solutions: We will assist you in finding similar available vehicles for your selected dates.
How to Cancel a Reservation To cancel your booking, contact us via support@vroom8.com or through our Help Center. Our team will assist you promptly to process your cancellation.

Early Cancellation We recommend notifying us as early as possible to respect the owner’s schedule. -
Modifying Reservations: Currently, Vroom8 does not allow date changes or extensions. If you wish to alter your reservation, contact the owner directly to discuss possible adjustments without canceling.
